gypsetgoddess: I’ve never assisted a handstand while balancing in a standing bow pose before…but there’s a first for everything! Another fun first from today: My first time teaching a private lesson to a friend I met on Instagram! I was so excited when @xxomgitssamxx told me that she would be visiting Arizona and wanted to book a private session with me. What a fun way to meet a new friend! I love the way that Instagram and yoga have made my community feel so much larger and my world feel so much smaller. 🌎 (at Camelback Mountain)
